You should store cooked collard greens in the refrigerator at a temperature of 40° F or below in an airtight container for up to four days. You can reheat them in the microwave or on the stove until they reach a temperature of 165° F.

You can also freeze cooked collard greens for up to six months. To freeze, let the collard greens cool completely, then transfer them to freezer bags or containers. Remove as much air as possible, seal tightly, and label. When you're ready to eat them, thaw them in the fridge and reheat.
